Our puppies are up to date on all required vaccinations, and worming.  You will receive a Health Record with your puppy, for your veterinarian, showing all dates and products used. If your new puppy is revaccinated, over vaccinated, or given ANY vaccination containing LEPTOSPIROSIS (Commonly referred to as "Lepto") BEFORE THE AGE OF16 WEEKS WILL VOID THIS GUARANTEE!

 

Well Puppy Exam

 

Dr. Bryant (Our veterinarian) gives each puppy a complete Vet Exam and approves each puppy for his/her new home.

    Please schedule an appointment with your Veterinarian for a Well Puppy Exam immediately. This should be done within 3 business days of the purchase date.  This is to protect you, the purchaser, as well as the puppy.  We would appreciate a call or email when this is accomplished.  If your Vet discovers any issues, please contact us immediately.  WE DO NOT  PAY VETERINARY (OR OTHER) MEDICAL BILLS.  We strive to have our puppies healthy and happy, ready for their new homes!

 

Your puppy has a 1(one) year Health Guarantee from the date of birth, for Genetic/Hereditary Life-Threatening Disease.  If diagnosed, we need immediate notification from you, and a veterinarian statement, with ALL relevant test results.  We want to be involved with decisions and treatments.  A replacement puppy will be offered if your puppy must be euthanized or dies from a Genetic/Hereditary issue.

 Skin problems/allergies are not eligible for replacement as these are often related to diet or environment.  Condition(s) can usually be improved and treated with foods and/or vitamins.

 

We DO NOT guarantee size, coat color, or disposition of puppy at maturity.  This health guarantee does not include hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, allergies, respiratory infections, or internal/external parasites.

 

If buyer does not have the puppy checked by a certified veterinarian within 3 business days of arrival,

All guarantees are null and void.

 

We understand that a replacement puppy would never amend the tragedy of a loss. However, we need to agree, in advance, on a planned solution.

I, Bradley Wans OR Cassandra Wans,(SELLERS) representing ABC Countryside Farm, will offer a replacement puppy at first available time, sex of the puppy will not be an issue.  Replacement puppy will be of similar age to original puppy received.
