Shipping Delivery Pickup
Shipping is based on quotes we receive from our carriers. We use several different carriers to meet most customers' needs. Airline restrictions on "Snub-nosed" breeds, such as Shih Tzu, Brussels Griffon, and others prevents them being shipped as air cargo. They can be carried on, such as with a Pet Nanny, or by the owner. Ground transport is becoming more popular, and most ground transport companies deliver right to your front door. Delivery options are available for local customers. We try to stay close to home to keep things safe and secure. We will deliver based on a rate agreed upon by both parties. Ask about delivery options. We will work with you the best we can to get your newest family member to you!
We use PayPal Friends & Family to avoid fees for both parties. Search Pay Pal for our email, abccountrysidefarm.net.
We also use Venmo.
Local pickup is an option used frequently by our customers. While we NEVER allow customers into our facilities, we do work with customers who wish to pick up their new family members. Our facilities are located on our property, directly behind our home. Customers who wish to pick up at our location are asked several questions regarding recent travels, visits to pet stores and/or animal shelters. Any friends/family with new puppies visited recently, and things like that. We ask these questions to protect our babies from highly contagious diseases carried on clothing that would devastate our little ones, not to hide anything.
(Consider why you're not allowed into a Hospital's NICU, and you'll start to understand why we're so paranoid about visitors.)
